Cesar arbeitet derzeit als Senior Application Development Engineer. Er hat über 30 Jahre Erfahrung in der Kunststoffbranche. Im Verlauf dieser Jahre war er in den Bereichen Technik, Vertrieb, Marketing und Management tätig. Vor Nexeo Plastics war Cesar bei General Motors, GE Plastics und Celanese Engineered Materials beschäftigt, wo er in verschiedenen Funktionen den globalen Kundenstamm in den meisten wichtigen Märkten und Anwendungen unterstützte. Hier war er für die Entwicklung neuer Anwendungen für Kunstharze verantwortlich, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf Spritzgießthermoplasten auf dem globalen Markt lag. Cesar verfügt über umfassende Kenntnisse in 6-Sigma-Prozessen, ist QS-geschult, DFMA, Lean Manufacturing, Projektmanagement und Change Management sowie Beschleunigungs- und 3D-Druckverfahren. Seine Aufgabe ist es, Kunden bei der Materialauswahl, bei Verarbeitungsproblemen und bei der Teilekonstruktion zu unterstützen und allgemeines Feedback zur Entwicklung neuer Produkte zu geben. Cesar hat einen Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering von der University of Texas at El Paso und langjährige Branchenausbildung in den Bereichen Spritzgießen, Extrusion und 3D-Druck.
Matt Miklos brings 30+ years of experience in Management and Leadership roles in Product Innovation & Technology, Sales, and Marketing for the Polymer Manufacturing industry to Americhem. Matt achieved his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College and has utilized his degree and experience to successfully drive growth strategies for Americhem. Providing direction and support for strategic product development, custom manufacturing projects, and next generation product research, Matt’s mission is to enhance Americhem’s new business sales goals.
